15 minutes - treadmill intervals
20 minutes - treadclimber
15 minutes - treadmill intervals
20 minutes - treadclimber

So. Kinda tired today. Worked out this morning. That was interesting. I felt really good too. Woke up at 5am, had a protein smoothie, and then a cup of coffee. I felt really awake and not tired at all.

Sorry. Really tired tonight. I'll update this entry tomorrow hopefully.
