Last Wednesday, Tim and I went to the National Art Centre in Roppongi to check out the Monet exhibition..

The gallery was an amazing building, it only opened this year - very swish.

Yesterday, Tim and I ate lunch at one of Chen Kenichi's (of Iron Chef fame) restaurants.

There was a set menu - mapo tofu with pickles and rice, served with onion soup. Really good!

Eating vegemite on toast makes me incredibly happy.

Thanks Miki for giving me a jar of the black, velvety GOLD that is Vegemite.

I just ate the yummiest gulab jamun I've had in quite some time.

Yesterday was a very full day. I went to a picnic with Jane and her friends in North Fitzroy for lunch - just a selection of dips, breads, salads, meats, beer etc.. left a little early as I had to work at 6pm.. headed over to Chaddy and did my time - work has really quietened down after the Christmas sales madness.
