From GamesGrid DC table, I hold (A3)2, Villian has (xx)3. Villian raises to enter, I reraise, the rest of the table (mostly face cards IIRC) gets blown away. Villian 3-bets, I 4-bet, villian caps!
Villian proceeds to call down with
(A 3) 2 6 4 A (8)
(x x) 3 7 A J (x)
I thought villian must have A2 in the hole. But villian should then think I have (A3), and assume that it is likely I have a made 6, if not on 5th street, then surely by 6th--- the odds of me holding both a 6 or 4 in the hole are small. I suppose a large pot might be incentive enough to call it down even after being counterfeited and drawing to no better than a 7.
Villian claims he ended up with 7543A. This must mean he was willing to go 5 bets on 3rd without a 2. This seems way overaggressive with (54)3. Maybe (4A)3? I think (54)3 is most likely--- someone might overvalue holding three to a wheel, and then stick with a made hand and hope to improve to a 6 or a wheel.
