PDA software

I got my Palm m505 back to functional and I'm looking for a way to organize more complicated to-do tasks / projects. Any recommendations? Warnings?

Hrm. It's been quite a while since I've looked for Palm software. How complicated are you talking?

I would like something tree based, I think. I can have a list of projects (Scrapbooking, web photo gallery, Cam stuff, etc.). Each one expands out into subprojects or tasks.

Not sure on the specifics there, but generally speaking there might be something here that fits the bill: http://www.download.com/3120-20_4-0.html?qt=tree+organizer&tag=srch&tg=dl-2005&submit.x=0&submit.y=0

In particular BrainForest seemed to catch my eye, but it depends on your needs (as always - silly users).

ooo, good search parameters
I was going with their premade categories and got bored with having to scroll through shopping lists and such.
Thanks!

Yeah, I've done that in the past when I was just browsing for interesting apps that caught my eye - but so many of them weren't interesting. And it's just as bad (or worse) for Pocket PC. But now I can write stuff for that myself if I like (and have time / proper motivation). Like the byproduct of "too much free time" and figuring out the formula for D&D XP... and then writing a little app to do the calculations for a party... *hangs head in shame*
