How troublesome.

This is the second time I've had True Grit (the remake) from the library. And it's looking like the second time I'm going to have to return it without watching it. It's all because I'm only able to keep the DVD seven days.

I got it Tuesday, and had plans with David and some of his friends after I got home.

Wednesday, I was obsessing over Professor Layton and the Last Specter, which I have to play for work. I could probably have had the movie on at the same time, but since both are unfamiliar to me, it didn't seem right to split my attention.

Yesterday, Chris and her husband came over and we *were* going to watch it, until they saw I had the Kirby Wii game. They wanted to play that, since its multiplayer, and then we got into a heated Mario Party 6 match.

Today, I'm going to a haunted house with Jessi, her new boyfriend Patrick and I think Caitlin and Lori. So no movie then.

Tomorrow is "Teach Dad to use his new laptop" afternoon, which will easily turn into day. And night. Maybe even a two parter. Shudder. I also was invited to a Doctor Who fan thing by Carol, that I want to attend because I just started getting into the series and I really enjoy it.

Sunday, my aunt has a church charity drive going on that she organized. (Get old clothes/toys/canned food for battered women and their kids.) I promised I'd help. Granted, that probably won't take the whole day, but still. I'll probably end up doing something afterward with her and my cousins, and they don't really like that kind of movie.

Aaaand finally, Monday I've already committed to overtime after work.

I think I'll still hold on to it, just in case I can get time to just sit down and watch it this weekend.
