I've had a headache all day which could be caused by a number of things. The accident is a major one, of course. But the weather is changing right now, from warmer to chillier and now back to warmer. Plus when the wind comes up a lot of people have migraines here. I think mine is part weather, part being tired.
The IUD has taken a lot out of me, physically, and I think my iron is dipping low again. But I THINK I'm pretty much done for now (FOREVER AKA THREE YEARS?!). But last night I woke up at 3am and couldn't breathe. I sat straight up in bed and I don't know if I had some killer heartburn (damn you, Pizza Hut!) that maybe caused some kind of breathing issue or what but I wasn't breathing for a moment. I've been tested for sleep apnea already in the past but I don't know anything about how one develops it or anything. Maybe this was a one-time thing. I hope so. It actually freaked me out, as I suppose it would anyone, but I wasn't expecting for it to unsettle me like this.
