Caps: The Secret Circle 106 "Wake" (812), 1280x720, review & picspam
The new Florence & the Machine album? AWESOME! Also, I LOVE her new video for "Shake it Out". It gave me chills the first time I saw it, which was also the first time I heard the song.
I have so much stuff I need to post. Those 2 Broke Girls caps I talked about a couple days ago, all my Revenge caps, apparently last week's TSC caps and icons! I want to try to get all that done tomorrow. We'll see.
I don't know why I didn't post the caps from last week. I have them done but I didn't upload them or anything. Perhaps because the release comes too late for this old timer to stay up for some nights. It's way past my bedtime right now as it is but I really wanted to watch this ep.

So it would appear that Nick's only real purpose on the show was to be a crutch for Melissa to have some semblance of a storyline (this show's Bonnie from TVD?) and to introduce his brother, the witch witch-hunter.
I think I like him, though. This Chris Zylka isn't too hard on the eyes but I think I like where his character is, at least right now. It could prove to be a very interesting storyline. One that was NOT in the books so I can't even speculate where this is going.
Blackwell, however, is something from the books. I wasn't sure they were going to go there with this plot line the writers have going but it should be super interesting to find out how it unfolds.
Especially since the whole bit was revealed that Cassie should be leading the circle and Adam's dad let the bomb go that she and Adam are "destined in the stars" or whatnot. Poor Diana but I liked her reaction and how she played the breakup and then seeing Cassie.
I think the writers could reall make Diana a bit of a wild card at this point. We have Cassie who's so naiive and vanilla, really, and then there's Faye who just doesn't get tact and is SUPPOSED to be the "dark" girl but we don't have the girl who could start light and be tempted to the dark. I don't think Diana's quite that gullible but I think it's a slippery slope and since the writers have already fucked with her characterization by making her jealous and very non-ethereal and peaceful with everything they could make her THAT character.
Melissa's scene in Nick's room brought tears to my eyes, for as small a part their relationship played overall. Sadface. It seemed that she was the only one truly mourning him. Poor, forgotten-already Nick.
This show is building a bit slower than TVD did but I don't care, I like it!

Gale was very early-s2 QaF in this episode. With his clenched jaw and faraway looks he just looks slightly older than Brian.
