Whee :) It's a touch warm in the house, but other than that I'm having a ball :) My sleep cycle is a little off because I had to stay awake to push out the daily news for my client, who is about 13 hours ahead of me -- if I don't get it out on time, he has to stay up hella late and he gets cranky. Cranky client = bad.
I'm behind my daily production goal so far -- pending is not money to me. But I have time -- I still have six hours before the day is done, and that's enough to at least get some theoretical cash flow on my sheet. I'd rather be strict up front than slack off and not be hitting my goals as planned. If I can stabilize my schedule to produce daily work, I wouldn't have to wait for holidays just to produce some fic.
More Moonbathing, which put me in a good mood -- mmm, chessboard games and smut make me a happy girl. I've been taking a break from the usual chessboard shuffle with RenIchi (because the idea of Renji playing mind chess is a little awkward to me -- that would be so OOC for Renji, even though I don't think Renji is the lovable idiot fanon does.
I'm having a very selfish day. Walked down to subway, turned on the ceiling fan and felt better.
I made outlines for Sittin' Sideways and my two new one-shots (I can reveal them now that Juno Tartini is mostly-finished with her schoolwork) -- Earning His Honors and Hot Grease and Power Sliding. Both of those are RenIchis, per Juno's request. Just a little dirty smut goodness for your Easter holiday pleasure -- coming up shortly.
I'm not starting another storyverse until at least 2 of them are marked 'complete'. Sittin' Sideways (RenIchi) and Moonbathing (AiGin) are the closest to being done. Pillars is waaaaaaaay far away from completion. I also have In Praise of Variety, which is a group-sex smutfic -- yeah, I went there. I was up at 3am watching some interesting things and immediately saw Renji and Ichigo and aodhajhdcxkasuhdu;;; -- yep, the kink list goes waaaay deep around Planet Marisa, what can I say? I've been itching for a nice groupfic, but they're ungodly hard to write. At least in het, you get a few 'her's in there -- in yaoi? Pronoun confusion central. 'Specially if they're all shinigami.
This spring season I'm determined to bring even more smut into the mix -- I'm sketching the next mini-storyverse: The Waffle House Tributes, a kinky, dirty collection of stories involving our Bleach favorites. I used to write copy in Waffle Houses all the fucking time -- good times, fun waitresses, and greasy dirty goodness. Long live the night.
