Today I'm making a heart shaped brownie for my family and I bought some of their favorite chocolates too.

I got my V-day present early, last Thursday. My husband bought me 3 yards of Kona White, the Tri-Recs rulers and a quilt/quilt block a day calendar.

     Sometime within all the sewing, I decided I wanted to make yeast breads.

I have always stayed away from them before because kneading for 8 - 10 minutes did not sound like fun. Well duh! I have a big Kitchen Aid stand mixer with a dough hook. It only takes like 6 - 8 minutes to get the dough ready with no touching! I was using active dry yeast ( Read more... )
