I have the day off today, yay!
With a four-day weekend ahead and no social oligations whatsoever, I've gone into a bit of a baking frenzy. Yesterday I made dough for gingerbread cookies to be chilled overnight, and also baked some creme brulees, but haven't torched them yet -- I'll do that just before I serve them at dinner.
