Whales!

I went whale-watching today, and it was awesome. A huge pod of humpback whales -- there had to be at least twenty of them -- came and frolicked all around the boat for about an hour, showing off for the cameras. I managed to miss getting a shot of the one guy that breached about twenty feet from the boat, which was kind of a bummer, but not too much of one because OMG A WHALE BREACHED TWENTY FEET FROM THE BOAT THIS IS SO COOL!!!! Anyway, I did get some nice shots, along with some bonus harbor seals that hung around behind the boat as we were getting to leave. All in all, definitely a good afternoon in Monterey.
