Stink-Eye is being released on Saturday! We're supposed to meet up in Kyle, not sure what time yet. DH bought a new battery for the camera, so we will have plenty of pics. We're very happy for him/her (I still don't know what gender it is...).

Instead of plowing through the rest of the laundry today, I made some really good progress on relocating my workspace out of my current office. I'm using one of DH's old desks, and I've stacked all my spare board and glass-brick shelving, plus all my "inbox" shelves at the back, and I think I have just about everything (in terms of supplies) tucked ( Read more... )

Stink-Eye has survived the night, and we finally got through to a rescue place who will take it in. S will be leaving shortly for San Antonio and will hand him/her over to the people at Last Chance Forever (yes, the ones who perform at Scarb). I'll have to stay here, as Anthony is being a slug-bug, and S eventually has to get in to work today ( Read more... )
