Also, it's harder than I thought to explain to grad school admittance folks what my goals for my degree are, especially when you're not sure what you plan to do with the degree either. All I can do is basically tell them how I hope to make a difference in the music world, and show that the degree can help me make more of an impact.
*shrug*
It also would have been nice to know if they'd suddenly decided not to require the GRE. There goes my $130 bucks.
