One Pound Gospel - Episode 6

Because I had had a request, this is an updating post about One Pound Gospel, this time plot-focused, since I could have a better opinion on the story itself.
I should start by saying that Sister Millie is not as annoying as it seemed in the begining. In fact she does something that in my opinion is rather funny. And Sister Angela changes a lot, indeed, as one would expect.
I like the fact that she is less in denial as the story progresses and pays more attention to Kosaku (so that the poor guy doesn't go completely insane and get glued to the sandbag forever or going beserk and shouting her name all around the city.)
As we could expect as well, this change is done little by little, as Kosaku shows his true caring nature and fighting spirit (which is what he seems to have in common with Angela at this point and maybe a certain taste for mischief as well - according to my interpretation naturally, as it's rather subtle).
Finally, until episode 6 it seems that the highlight of the story is the battle between God and boxing (!!!) and what is more important: the pursuit of "spirituality" and the devotion to the community or the pursuit of more personal dreams, of uncertain gratification possibilities? Sister Angela is well aware that what attracts her to Kosaku is his cuteness and his smile. His good character is a desirable bonus, but she gets the chance to see it only as she has more contact with him. (Which she can't keep avoiding forever, of course. ;D)
Yeap, it's a simple but very sweet and energizing story. And I want to end with my favorite quote by Kosaku:
I WILL BEAT YOUR GOD!!!
