15. If you could ask Sofia Coppola one question, what would it be?: Why oh why were the Japanese and French DVD releases so fabulous and the UK version so titchy tiny blah?
16. If you could ask Marie-Antoinette or Louis XVI one question, who would you pick and what would the question be?: Seven years, Louis? What the heck was going on?
17. What is your favourite quote from the movie?: Lady at dinner: I think she's delightful. She looks like a little piece of cake.
Second lady: It will be interesting to see how long she lasts.
18. With what character do you identify the most and why?: Duchesse de Polignac. Not fond of the mud, fun loving, friendly, takes it all in her stride.
19. Who is your favourite character and why?: Madame du Barry. No one was ever going to beat Madame de Pompadour as the King's favourite, she being too fabulous to believe, and then du Barry came along, made enemies of the lot of them, and was still the one he wanted at the end. I believe that those dislikable types who mark themselves out as trouble, or who don't seem to have the time for others, often make the best friends when they pick you. Skewed priorities, but they eat up life.
20. If you were in Marie-Antoinette & Louis XVI's position, how do you think you would try to handle the situation (just before the actual start of the Revolution)?: Money would have stopped being sent to America as early as possible, taxes lowered to appease the French. Probably some kind of propaganda machine for our benefit.
