Hello dear blog-readers! I'm making a direct address to you today regarding a matter of utmost importance. As you know, I have recently begun my new job as a full-time English teacher in a local high school (which I refer to as "the College"). Hm, maybe. But I figure if they can't find this blog via google it won't matter. Fortunately for me, there are other more famous-ish people with my first and last name.

There have been many cases of online harassment here in Singapore where someone posts something about someone, and gets caught posting said something where said something offends some people, the inevitable spreading of the "love" and then getting Netizens all riled up on said some subject.

That was some horrible paragraph to type!

I still remember your Chinese name though. :P

haha. I'm not worried about that. I'm sure my students think/talk about me behind my back. But I want some privacy. I need my 13-16 year olds reading about the details of my life. (Though I post few these days.)

Yes, I know you remember. I asked Nat if he could remove those comments. Cause they come up in a google search of my name.

yes, but as long as I'm not google-able, they won't be finding this in the first place. How likely is it that your teacher is the first person with her name to sign up for livejournal and uses that as her user id?
