finally.
so my birthday is in exactly one week. good thing that i have already gotten so much more than I could have wanted.
-what i thought was a small dinner party with friends was really a huge birthday extravaganza for one of my sisters and me.
-appetizers at P.F. Changs, dinner at Julep, and dessert at Sal&Mookies. all paid for by my friends. all thirty of them that could rip away from their studies and come.
-cracker barrell at the crack of dawn tomorrow (although its supposed to be a suprise) thrown by my friends who couldnt come tonight.
-and then theres him. best friends first, then more. only really known each other for our months but it seems so much longer. the way he looks at me like he really cares. i dont think i have ever, ever had that before. its nice.
-one hugeee exam on monday, one i dont have to take because of grades, and one extremely easy one. next week is going to be phenomenal. and its my real birthday week.
in other news, I can't wait to be back at Trinity. to see the sanctuary decorated with greens and the Chrismon tree. with the advent wreath and our stained glass windows. the mega church i go to here is nice, but I miss my Trinity.
life is good. there is that one place on earth that everyone will find at some point where they are truly who they want to be. where they are themselves. where they could not be happier. I'm just lucky that for me, I found an entire campus, city, and group of people who do that. this is my home, and I'll never look back.
