Fifty Shades of Grey by EL James
I've been seeing Fifty Shades of Grey all over the place so I finally downloaded the first three chapters on kindle and sorry to say...yawn. I was not captivated by them. I just don't see what all the fuss is about. Although I do realize it was a Twilight fanfic so it might be more of a big deal to the Twilight fans? I tried reading Stephenie Meyer but wasn't really intrigued by her writing either. The books were really slow paced and corny for my taste. The whole style of Bella narrating her entire day as she went along just bored me. But then again, I am a vampire thriller type of reader. I loved the original LKH books so Twilight is juvenile in comparison. I am debating reading all of Fifty Shades of Grey just to give it a chance and post my review but if it's all like the first three chapters I don't want to. Anyone have an opinion on it.
