Bored...
Morning dears,
Stuck at home today with what feels like the beginnings of a chest infection - the perfect summer accessory. Off to the GP at 10.30, which will be nice as I feel quite fine sitting on the sofa doing nothing, but when I get up to walk about, things stop feeling quite so fine. Bah, etc.
Thing is, I'm a terrible patient, i.e. not at all patient. I do like lying on the sofa now and again, watching mindless films, but this is day 3 of such activity and I'm likely to go insane. What can I do? What do you do when you're ill? I will probably look at new savings accounts but beyond that (and some meaningless online shopping) I could well eat the laptop out of bored irritation.
Of course you could all feed me with lots of interesting gossip and updates on your lives. I feel like I've seen hardly any of you for ages!
Oh goody, the bathroom man has arrived. I can cough at him now and spread the germy love.
