December is not much of a snow month here in St. Louis, but the midwest snowstorm dumped seven "official" inches at the airport. I live about 25 miles south, which made a big difference yesterday. I think it's about four inches here in my back yard. A wet snow which really stuck to the trees.

Those of you who were around last year may remember my delight in the engineer who set a wonderful light show to the music of Trans Siberian Orchestra's Wizards in Winter. The light show at his house was such a success that the traffic in the neighborhood piled up, and he decided to close it down after a traffic accident last year. But never fear ( Read more... )
