this makes me happy
350 lbs of slaughtered cow (long story - but my 90-year-old grandmother participated in the slaughtering of several cows on her neighbor's farm teh day before we visited her - and would not allow us to leave without 350 POUNDS of the "processed" remains) are about to be removed from my deepfreezer. this makes me very happy.
