I got over my cold of Wednesday, and now I'm feeling quite good. Yesterday I went to sessions all day, and after that walked over to a very tiny and overpriced needlework shop about a mile away. I took a training class from a guy who turned out to be in the SCA, so I sort of took up with him and we've been hanging out. He knows everyone here, since he's been to this particular conference for at least a decade. It's been a lot of fun so far, and it's only my first full day.
