I was thinking of getting him this book for his birthday. We'll have to see, though. Someone in the house ought to know what to do.

Just make sure you give it to him on a weekend, I hear its one of those books that you can't put down! Plus, reading it makes you want to reinforce all of your doors and windows ;-)

I think I came across it because of inflammation. I was wondering if there was some relationship between lack of sleep and all the stomach issues I was having.

All this zombie talk reminds me...the movie "Zombieland" is out on DVD now. I'll have to rent it one of these days and check it out.
