I'd be interested in reading (further) thoughts on the topic.
I have mixed feelings about public education. I think it helps the majority of kids, but those on the fringes seem to benefit little from any improvement to education. So I think it's good to improve education, but at the same time, I feel a bit bitter. :-)

That horrible teacher has set a bad mob mentality in all those kids now. That educator needs some serious re-training and so do the administrators!!!
