long time, no type
Hey guys. Sorry I haven't written in a long time. My computer, as you all probably know, got a virus and I was unable to use it for a real long time. fortunately, Gwen has fixed my computer. I'm not home now though. I'm in Mississippi. My dad lives here and he said that if I came to visit him that he would give me a car. So, Joey, Ruth and I decided to come down for a while. I've been having a wonderful time. We went to New Orleans last weekend. It was the greatest thing ever. We went on a ghost tour which was pretty freaky, we got a tarot card reading, and we walked down bourbon street, which if you've never heard of it, is like the party street. I felt like I was at mardi gras. It was soo great. This random guy gave me beads. We drank these things called hand grenades which is just a whole bunch of hard liquors. but it came in this really neat cup which is why we got them. Jackson has been fun too. The place that my dad lives has a pool and gym and everything. We haven't been to the gym yet but we've been swimming and tanning just about every day. I absolutely love my car. It is so smooth and wonderful. I got to drive a lot yesterday cuz we went to Vicksburg. That was pretty cool too but we didn't get out of the car much cuz it's really hot. We also went to this petrified forest which was really nice. Joey got all freaked out, it was funny. I'm taking lots of pictures which I will show you all when I get home. Also, we NEED to get together when I get home and when Ashley gets back. I miss you guys sooo much. We are staying here until Friday when we are heading home. We're gonna stop in Memphis to see the party street in that city and to see the zoo cuz it has a panda. We'll be home sometime on sunday.
As to things going on in Chicago, I quit working at subway because I got a job at KMart where my mom and brother work. The main reason I quit is cuz I got the job at KMart but also cuz I was sick of working really hard by myself and not really being appreciated. I had been working there for almost 2 years and I was only making 6.75, which is what I'm making now at KMart. Also, KMart offers insurance. So I have health, dental and visual insurance now. No boyfriend yet, but I think I'm actually okay with that now. I shouldn't like guys that I don't really like just cuz I want a boyfriend. I should wait until I meet a guy that I really care about and who really cares about me. Until then, I'll just wait patiently and have a good time. That's all you really can do.
