Wow, an entire week has just flown by! I guess things go a bit speedier once school started. I have kept up with the workouts to date, so that is feeling good. I am starting to notice some real differences in muscle tone, and also that I can life things easier, and I feel lighter on my feet.
I am combining cardio, strength, agility and reflex training, as well as doing martial arts. I feel it is beginning to take a little bit of a toll, but that could also be that I may not get enough water back into my system. Again, time will tell.
School seems great so far. Interesting classes with good teachers. Sweet!
