'Crap.'

It's the best word i can think of at the momment that best describes my situation.

I just plugged in the due dates for my assinments into my neat little callender planner in my mobile and it clearly showed me that im going to be knee deep in paper and responsability for the next four to six weeks. One of these tasks involves doing work experience at a sport organisation/club. I just phoned up the Western Australian guyu kan ryu karate organisation hoping to get in contact with their head honcho/big cheese/Regional Manager, i got a secutary. She told me he would phone me back as soon as he was free to do so. The next time some one phoned up it caught me completely of guard. The speech i had so carefully prepared that would make even the most powerful suit wearing mover and shaker feel like the 'slack uni student' on the other end of the phone was over qualified to be even his boss, was no where to be found. So i stamered something along the lines of  "ummm.....uni student...eerrrr...will work for free........don't need to feed me .... i mean pay me.... umm shit.....oh yeah wait!.....my name is marcus and i would be delighted if you would give me the pleasure of learning about the managereality of......errrr.......your organisationalment....or some such". It turned out the guy on the other end was a big cheese but not big and cheesy enoough to be the managerial head and not the guy i was after. He told me that he got a message about some appiontment and that i should probably get in touch with the head manager if i want work experience.

In other news i spiffed up my journal, even got a pretty picture of myself, i was rather cheerful when it was taken, check out my grin.

........I think i want to get drunk.
