Once upon a time in Nazi occupied France...

Inglourious Basterds is such a great movie.
I was expecting something big, since we were talking about the work of Mr. Quentin Tarantino to begin with - but it came out even greater than expected.
The cameos were breathtaking. Hello? Bela B with cameo-role? I mean John and I were speechless [and I have to say that I haven't had so much fun going to the movies ever before - we were laughing so much].

The story is intelligent. Alternative history, alright, but I like the idea of a multi-cultural resistance against Hitler.
The thing I like the most about this movie is the high use of the French language. I was surprised about how much I still do understand without translating subtitles. And I've fallen for Diane Kruger and Mélanie Laurent. Two beautiful women.

For those of you who like Tarantinos movies - go and see it for yourself. It is more impressive if you see it on a big screen.

Plus: I like Steampunk. I've always thought of Victorian style as beautiful (especially because I start to like the woman's hairdos of the past), but now that I've found Abney Park...
I wish the MRG test would have been written already. So much stuff on my mind right now.

Stay tuned, guys.

Ps: Memo to myself - I hate the consultation marathon I'm in at the moment.
