I was about to cancel this thing, since I think no one really reads it, but as long as Cody still posts, then I'm going to keep going.
Semi-interesting things to note:
-Reno 911: Miami was a huge disappointment. I love the show, but I wanted to walk out of the film.
-Lost is the best show ever.
-I didn't do any of the things that I was supposed to do over break. That's o.k., and possibly even good.
-Beating Gears of War was quite rewarding. The last FPS I bested with was the original Halo. I'm not much of an FPS person, and though GOW is technically more third-person, it definitely has the FPS feel. Whatever, it's the first shooter I've beaten since Halo.
-Not beating Fight Night III is no surprise, since my friend has it, and won't give it back. Bastard. That's the best sports game around.
-Should I get Call of Duty three, even though as I mentioned before I'm not that into shooters? Perhaps I should just devote more time to Rainbow 6: Vegas.
-Someone needs to find me a Wii.
-Teaching "Heart of Darkness" is just as difficult as learning it and writing papers on it. That book is going to beat me to a pulp over the next few weeks.
-Teaching "To Kill a Mockingbird" is a joy, on the other hand. The message is clear, the symbols are easily deciphered, and the 9th graders don't catch me when I fuck up.
-Sometimes I wish I lived on the island in "Lost," even though it's fucked up. It's still really cool.
-The officially stopped producing the Gamecube last week. A sad end to Nintendo's awkward phase, which is now officially over considering they outsold everyone during the holidays - and they're still making money on their consoles - a claim Microsoft and Sony can't even begin to imagine.

Something else disturbing for Sony Fans => The PS2 is expected to outsell the PS3 for the rest of 2007...and possibly 2008!
This is what the Sony guys get for saying arrogant shit like "The next generation of games starts when we decide it does," and "We'll sell 2 millions copies at launch, even without any launch titles." Riiiiiiiiiiiiight.
