I'm at work, trying to take a lunch hour. This, of course, is impossible. "Maran, why is this provider ______?" or "What does it say?" "Is she getting paid?"
I love finding the problem files. Especially when I'm trying to take a lunch. I could go sit outside, but we're on a semi-busy street, with good amounts of traffic. And I left my book at home. Sad. I'm almost finished reading 1984. It's good. I recommend. Next, I plan to read Tess of the D'ubervilles. Since I visited Thomas Hardy's house in England, I figured it'd be nice to read some of his work.
And I'm serious about that pen-pal thing. Especially for you guys who are going abroad next year. I'd love to receive postcards when I'm down south. :) And I'm sure that you'd like mail, too, right? *wink, wink* Speaking of people abroad, I still haven't talked to Erika yet. Ooops. I'm a bad Big. I did try to call her once, a few days after I arrived in Boise, but the phone was busy. I should probably try to call again. Especially since my weekends are filled with unpacking, TV, reading, crocheting, etc. Not really the going-out scene. But I'm too tired from work! Ug. I love my job now, but I definitely don't want a desk job for the rest of my life! Maybe I really will become an alpaca farmer.
