Addition to BACC rules
I've been extremely inspired lately by couple of simmers and their livestreams (hi there mswn and eien_herrison / Katya!), so I decided to make some new additions to Clayfield.
(And yes, even more than I've made lately!)
I've added some rules about the Orphanage/Adoption Center and University, and they can be found HERE.
And, as a spoiler: I've added a new institution to my city. It's the Clayfield Teen Center for teens aged up in the Orphanage/adoption system. The building is ready and I have thoughts about who should be running it starting on round 7, so we'll see what happens!
