Went over to my swister's place for dinner last night. No, we did not have traditional Christmas which is too bad but instead we had traditional Trinidadian fare. Which is ok but when you have that a lot anyways... It does not really make for a special meal. Plus I can make the dish better!
We watched Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone because my Dad had not seen it. He suffered his stroke the same year and so I thought he would like to see it. He loved it and so today, I think we will watch Chamber of Secrets. He wont read books anymore because he does not remember everything and that makes him not want to read anything. However, it is good to see him enjoying himself and asking questions about the movie and remembering things from the books.
So what did you get for Christmas?
Me? I got some $$ and a few presents which I have failed to open as of this writing..(hold on lemme go open them now!)
