We're driving to Banff from Ontario, 3000km on the road, which means 3 days of driving... Right now I'm at a campsite in North Dakota that has wireless Internet. I'll insert photos when I get back home like 3 weeks from now.

I'm taking Introduction to Computer Graphics this term. It's not the Electronic Arts course where you get to do graphic design (I wish I could've gotten into that, but it's for art students only, booooo). Just came back from seeing Avatar in 3D. First time seeing 3D movie (other than iMax), and it's pretty awesome. The graphics are very pretty and shiny and awesome =D I can't believe they CGed all that, must've taken a lot of work... My roommate told me about this news story today: 70-car pile-up near Ottawa. When we first heard it, we're like, how does 70 cars pile up all at once?!?! So we went and looked for the pictures (look at the pictures on that news site), and some of the cars are hit pretty bad, others flipped over or went into the ditch... after reading the story ( Read more... )

One exam down. Wasn't too bad, though I wish I'd studied more (and spent more time on one section and less on another...) 'cause one of the questions was very similar to an assignment question (which I didn't get right the first time, so wish I read the solution closer) ^^;

The reason I haven't posted in days or read any flist entries lately is because I've been spending the weekend pretty much sleeping and sitting on the couch vegging.
