That sounds about right. AOL is a crappy internet service, anyway. You should try another, cheaper one. I promise, you won't miss much. You can still have AIM, which is, for all intents and purposes, the same thing.
We just deal with Roadrunner's shit. They threatened to cancel our service for complaining that it was as slow as dial-up when I was living in New Paltz.
How is that for customer service?
