Cold, heartless bitches. I've been screwed over by them a couple times too so I refuse to deal with them and their fucking free trials and all their bullshit. I feel your pain.

Doesn't help solve your problem, but good for a few laughs - http://www.illwillpress.com/tech.html

Yep.

That sounds about right. AOL is a crappy internet service, anyway. You should try another, cheaper one. I promise, you won't miss much. You can still have AIM, which is, for all intents and purposes, the same thing.

We just deal with Roadrunner's shit. They threatened to cancel our service for complaining that it was as slow as dial-up when I was living in New Paltz.

How is that for customer service?

It would take a bit of transfer times, for sure. In the long run, it would probably save you a good deal of money, though.

And plus you can flip them off in the tech room before you go. :D

I'm the least patient person I know, so you must be impressively impatient.

PFFFT. it wont be 'prince' or 'rakeem'. It'll be "john" or "mike" who's real names are akmhed or habeeb. Dell does that shit to me all the time. Altho one time, i did call aol, and i got someone with a british accent.. so.. maybe you will have luck.
