What's happening
Just heard from a long lost LJ friend. How great to catch up with her. Everyone around here (southeastern Massachusetts) is still talking about the Patriots win in the SuperBowl. A miracle for sure. SuperBowl hats are selling for $35. That's why I won't have one. Snow is coming again starting this afternoon. Hurry up spring.
Signed up for a week's vacation on Cape Cod. Always a good time. Been going on vacation to Cape Cod since we were kids. Took our kids and our grandkids. So many good memories.
I need a hip replacement but my last experience with an operation scared me when I ended up with blood clots in the leg and lungs. Getting old has its problems.
Things to do today.......... feed the birds, unpack a big box of Keurig coffee, practice the piano, watch the UConn Women's Basketball game.
