Book Ninjas!!!
There's a recycle center in Moscow, Idaho. Yes. And I did not visit until today, because I did not know . . .
They have a free book bin.

. . . why is nobody squeeing besides me? *sigh* WELL! Rachel and I decided to check it out because Rachel organized our library (!!! <3) yesterday because she had the day off. I baked her a pie. Pie that is not sufficient for her rockage-ness.
That's how we discovered sadly that we have more fiction and fantasy than actual non-fiction reference books. A sad fact that was remedied today when I discovered that somebody had thrown away an entire collection of Encyclopedia Britannica!
Well, probly cause it was like, published in the seventies. But dude! Internet's dandy and all, but encyclopedias rock. And even if the information's out-dated a little, it's still a handy thing to have. We found almost a full set - missing about four volumes, but we have other reference books to fill in the gaps.
Gott, but did we feel like pirates or something. Even though it said 'free books', we kept looking around guiltily as we loaded the backseat with Encyclopedias and finally sped away off into the night, cackling.
Oh, and I found out from our flat neighbors that we have nicknames. Everyone calls us 'The Hobbits' because we have so many books. XD; Heh. We are teh Hobbit book-ninjas. YAY.
