What a beyootiful day.. I woke early again, and today kept my promise to go the beach around sunrise one of these days. It often seems to be Sunday when I do this, so I guess I can claim "I attended sunrise services today!" The really special thing about Sundays is this rastafarian(?) group that practices yoga on the beach at approximately the same time every Sunday. I've often wanted to take photos. The leader, who has neat dreadlocks tied back and they still hang down nearly to his waist, is a real flexible rubberband man.
Then the one guy with the three fishing poles stuck into the sand. The two guys with a kayak, diver's flag and diving equipment, preparing to go out. The dude with the parasail-airboat propeller thingee. (I wish I had a picture of him, too, it's difficult to describe.)
I enjoyed the sun, the breeze, and sand and cool water. I get a "free pedicure" walking on the beach. I did some of the "fresh chi" morning routine from my tai chi DVD, but couldn't recall it all. And I keep finding stones shaped like runes, and I pocket those for some future unknown project.
I'm grateful for waking early, I'll also be grateful for a lil nap later.
I'm grateful for decluttering revealing such finds as old photo albums, old journals (my goodness, 2004 *rolls eyes*), and books I'd thought I'd lost forever. Yay!
I'm grateful for more than enough of everything I need.
I'm grateful for synchronicity and the law of attraction. More on that later!
I'm grateful for another gorgeous day and another sunrise, another day full of potential, joy and beauty.
Namaste !
