Delirium, from Neil Gaiman's critically-acclaimed Sandman series, is part of an anthropomorphic family of natural phenomena called the Endless. All of them possess a certain level of omniscience and omnipotence, and are pretty much god-mods in that sense. However, they can't practice that same authority in RP, so! CAN DELIRIUM KNOW YOUR CHARACTER'S STORY/BACKGROUND, AND IF YES, HOW MUCH CAN SHE KNOW?
Crowley- While Crowley is not crazy himself (though his coworkers like to think he is for going native on Earth), he definitely had to deal with crazy people in his job of tempting people, like Hieronymous Bosch. Basically, he's the Serpent of Eden and a moderately powerful demon who has live on Earth ever since it was brought into creation. He's friends with an angel named Aziraphale, and he secretly likes humanity because they do his job better than he does. He also helped stop the Apocalypse, and he has remained on Earth ever since.
Namine- Like Axel and Lea above, Namine is familiar with Saix's Beserker state. She herself is a Nobody (a body without a heart), and was responsible for messing with Sora's mind and creting false memories when he was in Castle Oblivion.
Yomiel- YOU HAVE PROBABLY HIT THE CRAZY MOTHERLODE OVER HERE. Yomiel definitely has his share of mental problems, most likely because of the fact that he's been sort of undead for ten years and can't actually die. Also, his fiancee killed herself and he accidently shot his only friend in the world, his own cat.
Nikola Tesla- Not crazy himself, though his presence in history did make people come up with the "mad scientist" concept...in canon, however, he was colleagues with a man named John Druitt, who eventually became Jack the Ripper and began killing girls left and right in his madness. So, yeah, Tesla would definitely be acquainted with Delirium in some fashion, I believe.
WHAT CAN DELIRIUM KNOW ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER?
Crowley- All of the above. Crowley is also familiar with the Four Horsepeople of the Apocalypse and knows Death, so he would definitely feel a vibe from Delirium and could possibly recognize her in turn.
Namine- Also all of the above.
Yomiel- Okay, since this guy is the craziest out of all my characters, I'll elaborate on him a bit. Basically, he was a computer programmer that was brought into questioning because he was suspected of hacking national secrets- knowing he was innocent, Yomiel became upset and ran away with one of the investigator's guns. Being pursued into a park, he took a young girl hostage. Suddenly, a meteor fell out of the sky and broke into several pieces- one of these pieces pierced Yomiel's heart, and he died on the spot. However, this meteor possessed supernatural qualities, and Yomiel discovered that because of it, he wasn't dead, but simply stuck in a state between life and death. The meteor also gave him the power to possess people and manipulate them to his whims, and he misused this power for his own gains as he fell further into what he called "darkness", which is basically another word for "madness".
Tesla- All of the above. Is also a genius and a vampire as well- while he isn't killing people left and right, his morals aren't exactly squeaky clean.
HOW OPEN IS YOUR CHARACTER IN REGARDS TO CONFRONTING DELIRIUM?
Crowley- DEFINITELY NOT. Knowing Death and all, Crowley wouldn't be the type of person to attack someone like Delirium.
Namine- ALSO DEFINITELY NOT. She is the most innocent person in the world, attacking things isn't her forte. ;_;
Yomiel- MOST DEFINITELY YES. I am very open for him to get messed up further by Delirium- after all, he loathes his "darkness" and would probably get very angry with any mention of his dead fiancee and the like. A week sounds good for me to work with it, and it might help him realize just how much of a destructive influence he is. Yomiel desperately needs to change for the better.
Tesla- Most likely not. While Tesla can fight, more often than not he gets miffed by any mention of his past and would just try to avoid her.
