Learned tonight I've got more stalkers than I thought I did. Turns out there's not just four people reading. And they're no longer all male. Good to know. It's nice to know who your audience is.

This witch hat had better be damned awesome when it's done. So far I'm very pleased with it, except one little space where I forgot what my pattern was (it's my own design-as-I-go thing; not a written pattern) and there's an excessive clustering of increases. Figure maybe I'll just thread a brightly-colored ribbon through it and tie it in a bow, ( Read more... )

I didn't bother telling anyone what they were this year, so here goes:

1. Be more social. Sometimes there are people I'd like to get to know, and those are skills that need serious work with me.
2. Do one small good deed a day. I did this for a while last year, and it was nice. Try for more consistency.
