I want to buy this ONE house!

... wait until I have a sig other to "share" the expenses with
but I don't want to wait
I've been renting for long enough
time to be responsible with an investment
and I sure as hell don't want to buy a condo... everyone seems to be losing money when they sell their condos b/c there are soooooo many new one being built
this house... renovated, built 1890, hardwood floors, wrought iron vents, granite counter tops in the kitchen... flower garden and shrubs already planted outside
I went to work today... hoping people would tell me what a bad idea it was, or tell me how expensive this house is... BUT NO! They all told me I should buy it b/c it was a great price for the area
