Fuck man, sounds like you describe my day, minus the 8-14hrs of soul draining work for some asshole corporate weasels, who fuck me over on a whim. It seems like dark times for everyone these days dude. I'm so goddamn tired of hearing about record corp profits while my family and friends have no jobs, fucking bullshit.
Maybe I'm mistaken, but didn't you finishing baking school not that long ago? There's got to be something you can do with that, even if it's a crappy job, it's something you can build on. Just keep pushing on, don't fucking give up on us man.
As far a suicide, as you once told me long ago:
"I'm sorry if this sounds harsh dude, but don't be a fucking pussy. Only pussies say shit like that. I have no idea what you're going through, but there ain't shit in the world that can't be worked through. You're smarter than that." (http://gallius.livejournal.com/206775.html) You were right, I am and so are you (smarter than that)!
As far as the how to turn shit around, I've gotten some mileage out of Colin Powell's rules (below), one of the pieces of wisdom passed on by mom before she retired this year.
1. It ain't as bad as you think. It will look better in the morning.
2. Get mad, then get over it.
3. Avoid having your ego so close to your position that, when your position falls, your ego goes with it.
4. It can be done!
5. Be careful what you choose, you may get it.
6. Don't let adverse facts stand in the way of a good decision.
7. You can't make someone else's choices. You shouldn't let someone else make yours.
8. Check small things.
9. Share credit.
10. Remain calm. Be kind.
11. Have a vision. Be demanding.
12. Don't take counsel of your fears or naysayers.
13. Perpetual optimism is a force multiplier.

Like the other folks have said above, we're here for you man. Lay it on us, we can handle it. Take care man, I'm keeping you in my thoughts.
