weigh-ins

I'd love to stop the obsessive weigh-ins. On a good note, they help me keep motivated [if i am losing] but then again, they also stress me out hoping that every 30 min i've lost something.
I'd love to get down to just once a day... ha, maybe i will start with twice a day. Once in the morning, once after my work out and then that's it...? I would just move the scale to the closet, but problem is when i pick it up and move it the calliber or w/e gets messed up so i cant do that daily bc it would be so screwed up.
Wow and i just realized today is Saturday, not Sunday. So all i have to do is starve tomorrow...and work out 2 hrs. That's only so i can get my "starting weight" down some... even though i guess technically i will be starting tomorrow...
