Jeff came home yesterday to find what he initially described as "a really big puddle".  It turns out that the vacant townhouse next door had a pipe burst...in the upstairs bathroom.  Once the bathroom filled up with water, the ceiling collapsed and with it's fall came all the water.  We have no idea just how long it had been flowing, but it seeped ( Read more... )
