Fitness - Day 2 Summary

I stuck to my routine today as well.  Weight loss seems to be going a bit better.  Alot of people say weighing yourself daily is setting yourself up for failure, as you can have an odd day and look like you're slipping when you're really not, and get discouraged and cheat/etc.  I am trying to instead use it as a tool to tell when effort is slipping...  Basically, if a day goes by where either my weight or bodyfat has not dropped or has actually risen, I need to tighten up my diet and do extra exercise that day, to get past any plateaus quickly.  Sounds good on paper anyway.

Exercise:
40 min treadmill
(inclues 11 min into the medium difficulty 40 min programmed workout, which I have never been able to complete..  I'll keep trying periodically)

Day 3 weigh-in:  232.4lbs, 29.3% bodyfat

The next couple days will be hard to record potentially, I am working tonight 10pm-9am, then sleeping on a couch at work for a couple hours, and working again from 12pm-11pm.  Gotta love the OT hehe.  I will continue eating and pills, but exercise might lag a bit.  As long as I don't gain any weight after that, I will be happy.
