Fitness - Day 1 Summary

I managed to stick to my routine yesterday. Not as much weight loss as I'd normally expect from day 1, but I'll keep going.
Exercise:
40 min treadmill
45 min bikeride
Day 2 weigh-in: 235.2 lbs, 29.3% bodyfat
