Well it was yet another eventful Christmas but I've made it through these past few days without screaming at the top of my lungs against my mother. That's an improvement right? I made out pretty sweetly I got a $1700 round trip ticket to London which I used to get too and from London. To London August 23rd 2007 and home from London December 21st 2007. I spent 4 months in a foreign country. And I want to go back. I'm glad that Christmas is over for the most part. I don't know when it happened but someway somehow I became Scroogetastic. I really used to like Christmas but I feel like every year my mom waste her money on stuff that I'll never use. These past two years I've been telling my mom when she gives me presents that I can't use. I feel ungrateful but I don't want her to waste her money next year. I don't know the best way around it but whatever.
^^Apparently that was a saved draft.... So I have to post it for my oh so dedicated and many a reader...
Well anyway here's the full update. Matt and I broke up the day after Christmas. Which was probably for the best because we moved in together a week later. And now I'm typing this next to him on my couch. I haven't changed my status on anything yet... Because its not worth it to me yet. In other news I got my job back at Starbucks. I went to my best friends wedding. No one sang at the rehearsal dinner but the power went out the reception. Luckily Jerrid and Deana have good friends that did sing Ice Ice baby and other songs. Matt and I ducked out early because we had to drive back to Tally Town. We have sweet digs in Tally town. Our apartment is away from Campus which is always a plus if your not into parties and if you open at Starbucks. Class started... I've been caught up with school and an internship at the Council On Culture and Art. Which is pretty awesome. I love the Council on Culture and Arts probably because I really believe in Arts council's and the great need for them. Also because the internship is pretty easy and not too taxing on my life. But mostly because they have an arts in Education program and if I had to choose one thing to stand up for in life it would be the importance of Arts in Education. So Yay Council On Culture and Art. Yay Starbucks and Yay technically taking 18 credits. I've been a little stressed lately and I started taking ADHD meds again. Which is probably a good thing. So we'll see how that goes.
My mom's coming into town tonight. Which I'm a little frightened about. But it should work out for the best. Oh and most importantly I got a kitty. He's an all black domestic short hair cat. Who is very playful and loving. I love him already. oh and my new years resolution for this year is a project with Jerrid where I have to write a movie. And he gives deadlines. He's got the awesome end of the stick but I get most of the Credit.
Anyway I'll try and update more.
