More Exercise

So, back at the gym, and I have to say it's been fun so far. Early days yet, but I intend to keep this up. Broken my workout into upper and lower body, each part don twice a week. I also do fat-burning aerobic exercise 6 times a week. Ultimately my goal is to lose fat and put on muscle. I know that I will have a problem with loose skin, so I'm not going to be able to lose all the fat I want to and look good, so I will focus on building muscle size to help fill out the loose skin. Should work, I hope :)

My mood has improved significantly since I've started working out again, and this is a great thing. I need to exercise, and can't let little things get in the way of it any more.
