So here we go again. I need to get back to the gym regularly, but find myself stumbling. I seem to get started, build up steam, and then stop again. Granted, this time round has been because my workout partner has not been going either, so instead of working out on my own, I don't go at all. This isn't good for me, and I won't achieve my goals with this attitude. It's not as if I can't work out on my own, cause I have many many times before. It seems that when I have a workout partner, their training habits begin to effect me too.
So, I've made a commitment to myself. I am going to the gym on Saturday after work, and then again on Sunday, alone if I have to. This has to stop, and I have to get back into working out.
