Workout 9/6/12

Back from the gym, and I have to say that I'm happy with my results this afternoon, even if I am pushing very unimpressive weights.  Here's what I did today;
15 minutes treadmill, hills, intensity 2, speed 5.1
3x10 seated leg press, 60kgs
3x10 seated chest press, 35kg
3x10 seated lat pulldowns, 33kgs
3x11 seated shoulder press, 15kgs
3x11 swiss ball crunches
10 minutes treadmill, hills, intensity 2, speed 5.1
I've increased the load on the first four exercises and increased the reps on the last two, as well as increasing the speed on the treadmill. All wins as far as I'm concerned. I also noticed that my heart rate dropped faster as I cooled down today than on Thursday, so that is showing that my heart is already beginning to adapt to the extra exercise. Overall, I'm happy.
