I'm totally impressed by:

  1. your discipline in going to the gym; I am still saying "I know I should really get back to..." about,
  2. your weights and reps
  3. the tabulation of your data.

Thanks danthered. I have to admit, some days I just have no interest in going to the gy, but I still haul ass and get myself there, and then work hard to achieve my goals. It's not always eays, but once ya there, it becomes fun again.
